Despite the Palm Beach County School District’s massive predicted enrollment losses the next five years, there are still nearly two dozen public schools where officials expect chronic overcrowding problems, some of which could force students to be moved through boundary changes. According to the Palm Beach Post, the district’s "capacity watch list," showed 22 schools predicted to exceed 95 percent of capacity in the next five years.
